I am excited to begin the journey of the Beauty Call Podcast with each of you, and with one of my favorite Fitness Trainers, Flo Elkins of F.L.O. Life Fitness FLO Life Fitness
Ms. Flo Elkins is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She also holds certifications as a Sports Performance Enhancement Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. Ms. Flo worked as a personal trainer for corporate and private gyms for 5 years. In 2013 she started working with private clients through her own company, F.L.O. Life Fitness or For the Love of Life Fitness (a subsidiary of Elevated Truth Enterprises, Inc.) . In 2018 she branched out to completely work independently for her own company.
In November of 2018, The Supplier Clearinghouse for the Utility Supplier Diversity Program of the California Public Utilities Commission certified her company as a Women/Minority Business Enterprise.
Her mission is to, “Transform lives one body at a time.” She is dedicated to helping people of all ages become more active, develop more strength, eat healthier and live full lives through exercise, nutrition and overall personal development. She is striving to be a leader in the effort to eliminate childhood obesity and decrease preventable diseases.
