I truly believe that Health = Beauty, and it starts with how we eat and take care of ourselves. You don’t have to be vegan or plant-based to start eating healthier, but my guest, Colleen, helps us with her expertise. I myself became plant-based in 2004 and it was easier than I thought, and I attribute my skin and hair and youthful glow to my diet, and beauty regimen. How can YOU get more greens in your diet, and feel better, look better and ease your way out of the holiday eating frenzy? Easy….add more plant-based meals to your lifestyle and diet. Colleen is world-renowned for her animal advocacy, and I have to say when I listen to her, I want to be a better person…I DO…but I can only do it one day at a time. I have learned a lot from her over the years, and I hope you give healthy eating a chance, as I care about YOU and yours. Happy Thanksgiving and cheers to great skin, teeth and hair, sponsored by plant powered meals – Janice xoxo
