4. Payments & Refunds

All services must be paid for in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Due to the nature of coaching, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless expressly stated.

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

To reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without prior notice may be forfeited.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on janicemcqueen.com — including logos, program materials, text, graphics, videos, and coaching frameworks — is the intellectual property of Janice McQueen and may not be copied, reproduced, or shared without written permission.

7. Client Conduct

We reserve the right to end a coaching relationship or refuse service to any individual who engages in disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

8. Testimonials

Any testimonials featured on the Site are shared with permission and reflect individual experiences. Results vary, and testimonials are not guarantees of your experience or outcome.
